Return Policy

Putting Consumer Interests First

At CODcare, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. It’s essential to keep a photo of the receipt received at delivery time (Electronic system-generated receipts or SMS confirmations by CODcare or any third party will not serve as proof of purchase).

Important Points for Refund Requests:

  1. Opened, used products, damaged or those with altered packaging, are not eligible for return.
  2. Hygiene-related products cannot be refunded or replaced.
  3. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be considered.
  4. Customers must keep the receipt or a photo of it for 7 days post-delivery.
  5. Refunds for change of mind or color issues are not permitted.

Deductions During Refunds:

  1. AED 30 will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers initial delivery and cash handling charges payable to the third-party courier.
  2. Products delivered defective by CODcare are subject to AED 30 deductions. Replacements will be issued if defect notification and proof of purchase receipt are provided within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange/Replacement Requests:

Products delivered damaged/defective/broken by us will be replaced with a new one. No refunds will be issued in these cases. Products can be upgraded for the same or higher price, with an additional upgrade fee of AED 20 plus any price difference, if applicable.

Color-Related Requests:

CODcare does not prioritize color specifications. Stocks are based on availability. A specific color request post-delivery incurs an AED 20 delivery charge. While we cannot guarantee color availability, we will try to accommodate special requests if possible.

Return Within

7 days after item is delivered

Items delivered by Jopters.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them are non returnable.

Returns will be processed only if:

  • The product is not damaged.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)
